Who am I

Rafael Façanha Marques
For 14 years practicing as a lawyer, I specialize in estate administration, helping families navigate with peace of mind one of life's most sensitive moments, the loss of a loved one. With empathy and compassion, I strive to transform what is often a difficult and lengthy process into something lighter, more welcoming, and efficient, preventing conflicts and fostering fair, balanced solutions for everyone involved.
My passion for Law goes far beyond written statutes. It expanded in a surprising way during my academic journey, when I had my first encounter with shamanism. It was during college, as a researcher, that I dove deep into an innovative field called Rights of Nature. At the time, this area of research, virtually unknown, was frequently dismissed in academic circles for integrating ancestral knowledge and Indigenous worldviews into legal principles.
As I deepened my research and published academic papers, I began accessing a "new" ancestral wisdom — knowledge that has been lived and practiced by Indigenous peoples across the globe for thousands of years. I had the honor of participating in international academic events, where I met researchers and Indigenous peoples from many different countries. These experiences were fundamental in transforming my worldview, my relationship with Mother Earth, and with all living beings.
After more than 10 years immersed in ancestral knowledge and sacred medicines, I feel immense gratitude for this journey that life has granted me. Today, as a shamanic therapist, my purpose is to reveal that the great mystery — the sacred — dwells within you. My mission is to inspire you to know yourself deeply and transform the way you see and relate to life, to Mother Earth, and to all beings. By reconnecting with your essence and with the mystery of existence, you awaken your own inner guide, realizing there is no need for gurus, masters, or external places — for the true master has always been within you.
I invite you to embark on this journey. Let's walk this transformation together!
